Summa Health Akron City Hospital West Tower

Akron, Ohio
The Summa Health ACH West Tower Project was the culmination of a large campus-wide makeover by Summa Health. It was our team’s responsibility to provide planning and design services for the new 6-story bed tower that includes a new “front door” to the hospital and increased visibility to the State Route 8 corridor. As part of this campus makeover, we redesigned surface parking lots in various areas of the campus and relocated major utility lines prior to construction of the West Tower project.

CVS Health, various locations in Ohio and New York

Kent, Ohio
We have worked with a number of CVS pharmacy locations on various projects. Planning and design services were provided for the replacement of an existing CVS Pharmacy located in Kent, Ohio. We provided site plan layout, zoning representation, utility relocation coordination, construction document preparation as well as the design of underground chambers to meet City and EPA regulations for stormwater management. Our team worked closely with CVS to design a temporary store location on-site during construction of the permanent store, which allowed un-interrupted service to CVS Pharmacy’s customers.

Dollar General retail locations throughout Ohio and western New York

Our team has provided a number of services for numerous Dollar General Locations in Ohio and Western New York. We offered our planning and design services including site plan layout, zoning representation and construction document preparation. Throughout the entirety of these projects, we coordinated with multiple design consultants including architects, wetland consultants, wastewater disposal consultants, surveyors and contractors.

Bath Creek Healthcare

Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio
The Bath Creek Healthcare Campus includes a 50-bed nursing facility and a 90-bed memory care facility in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. We provided zoning representation, conceptual layout, and construction document preparation services. It was our duty to meet stormwater management requirements by utilizing a dual-pond extended retention system that incorporates future development areas. The project required we design a private sanitary pump station and 1,500 linear feet of force main pipe to service the facility. It was necessary for our team to thoroughly communicate and coordinate with public utility providers for the successful completion of the project.

Woodland Preserve Subdivision

Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio
We completed the planning and design of an 89-lot subdivision in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. We worked closely with developers, contractors, wetland consultants and surveyors to provide in-demand housing options to the residents of Cuyahoga Falls.

Cascade Audi

Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio
We provided the site design for a state-of-the-art showroom for Cascade Audi as well as the conversion of a former industrial building into a service center. We worked closely with owners, architects and the construction team to deliver a first-class facility for Cascade customers.

Kyocera/SGS Tool

Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio
We were pleased to work with Kyocera/SGS Tool on a new 75,000 sf manufacturing facility in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. We were responsible for planning and design services for the new building, as well as incorporating changes to other Kyocera/SGS-owned buildings on the site. In a related project, we worked with the City of Cuyahoga Falls to design a sanitary sewer extension and roadway expansion on Cochran Road to facilitate the Kyocera/SGS project.
